Cask 'n Flagon Faces Hearing After Two Women Allegedly Drugged: Report
Owners of popular Fenway bar headed to City Hall.
Boston, MA - After two women reported being drugged there, a popular Fenway bar is on the agenda at a city hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
The Boston Herald reports the owners of Cask‘n Flagon will appear at a Licensed Premise Violation Hearing Tuesday after the two reports, citing police and City Hall officials. At least one of the women may have been sexually assaulted, according to police.
The sports bar and nightclub issued a statement to the paper offering no further comment beyond what police and City Hall have shared.

"We treat the safety and security of our patrons with the utmost care and will assist in any way we can,” the Cask 'n Flagon statement said.
One woman told the paper she nearly fell asleep at the bar and was "pretty much carried" home by her sister; another told police she blacked out in the bathroom and woke up at a stranger's apartment hours, missing her underwear.
