Joe Kelly Reaches Deal With Los Angeles Dodgers
The 30-year-old reportedly agreed to a three-year deal with the team he dominated in the World Series.

Red Sox reliever Joe Kelly is taking his 100-mile-per-hour fastball and World Series ring and heading west. The fireballer reportedly agreed to a three-year, $25 million deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
The Dodgers got a close look at Kelly during his dominant postseason run. He threw six innings of shutout ball against them in the World Series.
Kelly's red-hot postseason followed an inconsistent regular season. He finished with a 4.39 ERA and lost his role in high-leverage spots.

Kelly was traded to Boston from St. Louis as part of the John Lackey trade in 2014. He was 26-11 with a 4.33 ERA out of the bullpen, showing flashes of brilliance but never quite harnessing it all.
The 30-year-old helped set the tone for Boston's championship run this season, plunking the Yankees' Tyler Austin and inviting him to throw down on the mound at Fenway Park.

Boston's bullpen could look much different next season. Closer Craig Kimbrel is reportedly looking for a record contract and isn't expected to get one from the Sox.
