Man Arraigned in 'Who's On First' Thanksgiving Shooting

BOSTON, MA - A Dorchester man alleged to have been involved in a fatal shooting outside a Fenway Park bar on Thanksgiving was arraigned Tuesday.
Dominique Carpenter-Grady, 25, was arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court on charges related to the shooting of Jepthe Chery. Chery was caught in a hail of gunfire when Carpenter-Grady and another man were shooting at each other outside of Who's On First just before 2 a.m. on Nov. 26 of last year.
Who's on First is permanently closed after several instances of violence, including Chery's shooting.

Carpenter-Grady was arrested by Boston Police on Dec. 2, 2015, hiding hiding in an attic crawl space in his Dorchester home.
He was convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm in 2012, prosecutors said.

Security video shows Carpenter-Grady and another person encounter one another on a crowded sidewalk, pull out firearms, and begin shooting.
Carpenter-Grady and two other men were also shot and suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Carpenter-Grady allegedly got rid of a .22-caliber semi-automatic gun under a parked car on Yawkey Way, according to surveillance videos. The gun and shell casings were found by Boston Police.
He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm as a second offense, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and three counts of attempted assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Bail was set at $250,000.
