Man Pleads Not Guilty To Sexual Assault At Fenway Park

The Haverhill man was in court Monday a day after he was accused of drunkenly assaulting a Fenway Park employee.

FENWAY, MA — A Red Sox fan was allegedly drunk when he groped an elevator attendant at Fenway Park Sunday, "It's my birthday" he told the woman, according to a police report.

Brandon N. Noyes, 29, of Haverhill, who turns 30 next week, pleaded not guilty to indecent assault and battery Monday in Roxbury District Court and was then banned from the Fenway by Judge Pamela M. Dashiell. He is also to have no contact with the Fenway Park employee.

At his arraignment Monday in Roxbury Municipal Court, Noyes was released on his own recognizance with orders to stay away from the victim and Fenway Park, according to the District Attorney's office.

If convicted, Noyes faces up to five years in state prison.

According to a police report Noyes was in the stadium’s Gate D elevator around 4 p.m. Sunday when he assaulted the attendant.

He is expected to return to court Dec. 11.
