Person Struck By Train Near Yawkey Station: TPD
Police said the person was "trespassing" on the tracks.

BOSTON, MA – A person was struck by a train Wednesday afternoon near the Yawkey Commuter Rail station, according to Transit police. TPD said a man, approximately 20 years old, was standing on the platform and "unexpectedly" entered the tracks around 3:45 p.m.
He was struck by an outbound Commuter Rail train on the Worcester line. The man was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Framingham/Worcester line was delayed during the evening commute.
