Say goodbye to the Burger King, and say hello to a new 18-story tower that was just proposed for 1350 Boylston St. Developers Skansa USA bought the property in 2012, and have submitted plans for a 240-unit apartment building. The Boston Redevelopment Authority must still approve the plans for the project to move forward. Free Yoga
