2 Foxborough Brothers Caught With Stolen Credit Cards: Police

Foxborough police said James Devlin and his younger brother John Devlin stole credit cards and bought a television and gaming consoles.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Two Foxborough men were arrested after officers searched their home and recovered stolen goods, police said.

James Devlin, 21, and his younger brother, John Devlin, 20, were charged with conspiracy, receiving stolen property greater than $1,200, credit card misuse and breaking and entering.

According to police, the brothers broke into a pool house and someone's car and stole credit cards and other items. Police said the Devlins used one of the victim's credit cards at several stores throughout greater Foxborough to buy expensive merchandise.

Detective Michael Alberts identified the brothers through security footage at retail stores, police said.

Around 6:30 a.m. Monday, Foxborough and Sharon police executed a search warrant at the brothers' home on Truax Lane. Police said they seized some of the stolen merchandise including a television, computer equipment and gaming consoles. Officers also found a large amount of counterfeit money, according to police.

The brothers were arrested and will be arraigned via teleconference at Wrentham District Court.
