4th Of July 2021 Fireworks Postponed In Foxborough
Inclement weather forced Patriot Place to reschedule Friday's Independence Day fireworks.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — Patriot Place postponed the 4th of July fireworks show originally scheduled for Friday, July 2. The postponement comes because of inclement weather in the forecast.
A Patriot Place spokesperson said the patriotic display is rescheduled to 9:15 p.m., Saturday, July 24. The rescheduled fireworks spectacular will now kick off opening week for New England Patriots training camp, with the team’s first public practice of the year scheduled for Wednesday, July 28.
There will be live music before the sky is lit up with a patriotic display. Live music goes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the fireworks will start at 9:15 p.m. More details about the fireworks and live music display can be found on the website for Patriot Place.

“With severe weather in the forecast and in the best interest of the safety of our guests and employees, we have decided to postpone the annual fireworks display to Saturday, July 24,” said Brian Earley, the general manager of Patriot Place. "We are excited to kick off opening week of training camp with a spectacular fireworks show, and also look forward to welcoming guests to shop and dine at Patriot Place this holiday weekend."
