FOXBOROUGH, MA — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

We have all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Foxborough so you can start planning now.

Fireworks will return to Patriot Place on July 2, with live music before the sky is lit up with a patriotic display.

Live music goes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the fireworks will start at 9:15 p.m.

"We look forward to kicking off the Fourth of July holiday weekend with a fun-filled day of family activities and culminating in a spectacular fireworks show," said Brian Earley, the vice president of Patriot Place. "As we make the much-anticipated return to normal, we can't wait to celebrate this patriotic occasion with our guests at Patriot Place."
