Drive-In Movie Theater Returning To Patriot Place
Patriot Place and Showcase Cinemas collaborated again to show classic films like "Jurassic Park," "The Goonies" and more.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — Mendon and Cape Cod won't be the only places to see a drive-in movie this spring and summer.
For a second straight year, Showcase Cinemas has teamed up with Patriot Place to bring a pop-up drive-in movie theater to Foxborough. Patriot Place will show family friendly films throughout May and June. Check out the schedule below:
- May 15 - "Trolls World Tour"
- May 21 - "The Goonies"
- May 28 - "Despicable Me"
- May 29 - "Jurassic Park"
- May 30 - Ferris Bueller's Day Off"
- June 4 - "The Lego Movie"
- June 5 - "The Karate Kid"
Tickets are $25 per vehicle, and all shows will start at sunset (approximately 8:30 p.m.).

"After the success of last year's pop-up drive-In, we are thrilled to once again partner with Showcase Cinemas to host this great event throughout May and June," said Brian Earley, the
vice president of Patriot Place. "Drive-in movies are a timeless summer tradition, and we are excited to offer this opportunity to our guests, as well as welcome them to enjoy the latest box office release in-theater."
Showcase Cinemas and Patriot Place first partnered to show drive-in movies last May and again in October to give people something safe to do amid the coronavirus pandemic. Staff will once again be on-hand to ensure all proper social distancing guidelines are followed.
