Ex-Patriot Arrested After Allegedly Threatening To Kill Person
Police say Brandon Browner broke into a home and threaten to kill the person inside.

Former New England Patriots cornerback Brandon Browner is once again in legal trouble after being arrested Sunday following an alleged break-in at a home in La Verne, California.
Police responded to a report of a man who attempted to break into a home through a window at about 10:07 a.m. The suspect, identified as Browner, left before police arrived, but officers determined at the scene that Browner physically forced the victim back into her home when she attempted to flee. Inside, he allegedly harmed the victim and threaten to kill her.
Police say Browner took a $20,000 Rolex watch before leaving.

Browner was located and arrested a few hours later. He faces felony charges related to the incident, police said. That list of charges includes kidnapping, burglary, false imprisonment and violation of a restraining order, according to NBC Los Angeles.
Browner and the victim had a previous relationship and had been arrested for domestic violence and is restrained from the victim, according to police.

Browner has faced several legal problems since he left the NFL in 2015. He was arrested in Los Angeles County on May 6 for battery and child endangerment. He pleaded no contest and was sentenced to probation, according to TMZ. Court officials, however, discovered that the incident violated Browner's probation for another case, and he was sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was released after two days due to overcrowding,
Browner spent one season with the New England Patriots and was a member of their 2014 Super Bowl-winning team. He last played a regular season NFL game in 2015, when he was a member of the New Orleans Saints.
