Foxborough Brothers Charged In Pool House Break-In Get Probation

Foxborough police said the brothers stole credits cards, a television, gaming consoles and other electronics.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Two Foxborough brothers were placed on pretrial probation and ordered to pay restitution Wednesday after prosecutors said they broke into a pool house and stole a credit cards, a television and other electronics.

The pretrial probation means brothers James Devlin, 22, and John Devlin, 21, will have their case continued for six months, the Sun Chronicle Reported. If they complete their probation, get mental health counseling and stay out of trouble during that time, their cases will be dismissed, a Wrentham District Court Judge said.

If the brothers violate their probation, their cases will reopen, and they'll face several charges, including: receiving stolen property, conspiracy charges, misuse of a credit card, and breaking and entering.
