Foxborough Crash: Car Driven Off I-95
Video from the scene shows the vehicle resting near an overpass. No life-threatening injuries were reported.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — Someone drove their car off the Interstate 95 bridge in Foxborough onto the road below.
Video from the crash shows the vehicle resting near the Cocasset Street underpass below the highway. The driver suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to reports.
The road was closed between East Belcher and Chestnut streets as of early Wednesday morning, police said and asked drivers to avoid the area.

The car struck a utility pole struck, damaging it and the car in the crash. National Grid responded and were still working at the site late Tuesday night. Some residents lost power during the repair work.
By midday Wednesday, work was ongoing and five rolling roadblocks were expected between 11 a.m and 2 p.m.

No word yet on just what caused the incident.
