Norman’s defense attorney, Gregory V. St. Cyr, told Judge Ricciardone his client likely won’t last five years in prison due to poor health.

“His family is quite certain even five years is a death sentence,” St. Cyr said, referencing Norman’s heart condition, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
