Gang Member Sentenced For Selling Fentanyl In Foxborough, Canton

Prosecutors said Richard Petit-Frere, 25, sold fentanyl to undercover agents in Foxborough, Canton and Randolph.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — A member of a Randolph street gang was sentenced to five years in federal prison for selling fentanyl to undercover agents in Foxborough, Canton and Randolph.

Richard Petit-Frere, 25, of Randolph, pleaded guilty to one count each of drug conspiracy and distribution with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and five counts of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl

On several occasions between May and November 2018, undercover federal agents bought fentanyl from Petit-Frere and others in Randolph, Canton and Foxborough, prosecutors said. According to court documents, Petit-Frere was a member of the No Fear Ones street gang in Randolph.
