Julian Edelman Lands On COVID-19 List

The 34-year-old wide receiver hasn't played since knee surgery in October.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Julian Edelman is the latest Patriot to be placed on the COVID-19/reserve list, according to ESPN.

Landing on the list doesn't necessarily mean a player has COVID-19, though it means there has at least been some exposure to someone who has it.

Edelman hasn't played since having knee surgery at the end of October. It's unknown if he'll return this season, but Bill Belichick did not rule it out Monday.

Edelman, 34, has 21 catches for 315 yards and no touchdowns this season.
