Parts Of Mechanic Street In Foxboro Closing For Overnight Repairs

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The Department of Public Works announced Mechanic Street at Villa Drive and Chestnut Street will be closed Thursday night into Friday morning. The closures are necessary to allow crews to allow to perform valve repairs and install underground utility conduit.

The closure begins at 9 p.m. and last until the morning. A detour will be set up through Villa and Jennifer drives out to Chestnut Street. Police details will direct traffic.
