Boyden Library Offers New Literacy Playgroup/Conversation Series

Nancy Swirka of Self Help Inc. will present “Read & Rise Literacy Playgroup/Conversation Series for parents and children ages 2.7-5. Participants will sign up for a six-week series which will take place on Thursdays, January 7-February 11, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Boyden Library Children’s Story & Craft Room. This free series is designed to help families support their children’s early literacy development. Children and parents will be actively engaged in books, songs, activities, hands-on materials, and playgroup routines with a focus on literacy.
