Restaurant In Former American Legion Aims For Year's End Opening
The Kitchen was supposed to open in June, now they're aiming for sometime before the end of the year.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — It's been a long road for the Kitchen on Mechanic Street. Ever since they got approval for a liquor license in January 2017, many around town have questioned when they will open. You're going to have to wait a little longer.
The team behind the restaurant to occupy the former American Legion building is hoping to be open by the end of the year, according to the Foxborough Common Business Collaborative. The group stated in a recent newsletter that the restaurant needs an updated/amended liquor license.
Work has been done in the building. Town Manager Bill Keegan said during a May selectmen meeting that the building looks beautiful.

The menu will include various seafood, steak, pasta, and vegetarian options. About 90 percent of the food will be made from scratch and the desserts will be created in house, the selectmen were told at the same meeting.
