Smiles Shine Through For Masked Foxborough Restaurant Staff
Masks have protected us but blocked people from seeing our smiles. But a Foxborough restaurant found a solution.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Since the coronavirus pandemic began, masks have become a part of everyday life. Although the masks help limit the spread, it's made it so we don't see people's smiling faces in public.
So the staff and management at Davio's, a restaurant at Patriot Place, created a fun solution to bring the smile back to everyday life.
Staff pinned photos of themselves smiling next to their hearts so that their personalities can shine through.

"We are all social people. We work in the restaurant business for a reason,” said Steve DiFillippo, chef and owner of Davio's. "When I was thinking about everyone wearing masks and guests not able to see their smile and the reaction, I thought ‘We’re not robots. We have personality.’ With the photo you gain some of that back."
