Open House and Block Party at Danforth Green Sunday

Montage at Danforth Green in Saxonville will hold an open house to show off its model homes, with a block party on June 14.

The open house starts at 11 a.m. The public can tour the model homes.

More than 50 percent of the homes already constructed have been sold. Buyers will start calling Framingham home as early as next month.

There are single and duplex homes available. The attached home start at $429,900 and the detached homes start at $529,900. THe development will have more than 170 homes when construction is completed.

After touring the model homes, the public can then listen to music and eat at food and ice cream trucks, as part of a block party to celebrate the new Framingham development.
