GRAFTON, MA — The first day of fall isn't until Sept. 22, but it's already starting to feel like sweater weather. Temperatures were struggling to get into the 70s on Friday afternoon, and it will stay that way through Saturday, according to the National Weather Service.
Today is the 19th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Lt. Gov. Karen Polito presented Upton resident Chris Etre with an award for heroism for his actions last winter rescuing a woman after she crashed her car into Lake Ripple in Grafton.
"I'd like to think anyone in my shoes would stop and do the same for my kids," Etre said upon receiving the award.
