Cable Production Class Starts Monday
Participants who complete the course can produce their own programs.

Grafton Community Television will host a video production class for people and organizations interested in providing programs on the town’s cable public access TV station.
The spring 2012 video class begins at 7 p.m. Monday, March 5 and runs for eight consecutive Mondays. Classes are held at the Grafton Community Television studios at 296 Providence Road in South Grafton under the direction of Grafton Community Television Public Access Coordinator Kris McMullin.
The class is made available at no charge to Grafton residents, town employees and local Grafton business owners who are 18 and older older, regardless of whether they are cable television subscribers. Â

The course is recommended for those who are comfortable with handling multiple tasks and have basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple computer's software environment. Students must complete a minimum of seven of the eight classes and complete a short video project to successfully complete the course.
Completion of the class certifies graduates as GCTV producers, enabling them to produce their own television shows on Grafton Community Television. The deadline for signup of the video production class is Friday, March 2.
