Disorderly House, Property Destruction Among Week's Arrests

The following information was provided by the Grafton Police Department.

Sunday, March 17

4:34 p.m.: The Fire Department responded to a fire call on Willard Street.

3:03 p.m.: Police responded to the report of a hit and run crash on Providence Road and Church Street. Police will be seeking a summons to charge Noah Springer, 31, of 130 Keith Hill Rd., Grafton, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failing to drive in the right lane and a passing violation. (Editor's note: this entry has been modified to reflect that police will be seeking a summons for Springer and did not arrest him.)

5:05 p.m.: Smoke was investigated on Willard Street.

5:20 p.m.: Trespassing was investigated on Brookmeadow Lane.

11:22 p.m.: Police received a request for frequent patrols on Creeper Hill Road.

Tuesday, March 19

7:58 p.m.: A family disturbance was reported on Mchale Drive.

Wednesday, March 20

5:02 a.m.: Police had a special assignment on Creeper Hill Road.

6:23 p.m.: Harassment was investigated on Valley View Drive.

7:20 p.m.: An attempted breaking and entering was reported on Pine Street.

Thursday, March 21

4:18 p.m.: Police stopped a vehicle on Waterville Street. They will be seeking a summons to charge Leslie A. Hackert, 42, of 503 Pleasant St., Paxton, with speeding, operating after revocation of registration and having an uninsured motor vehicle.

Friday, March 22

7:55 a.m.: Peter G. Way, 62, of 15 Oak Knoll Ln., Upton, was arrested on Soap Hill Road and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

10:45 p.m.: Police received a report of a loud noise/disturbance on Magill Drive. They will be seeking a summons to charge Chynna R. Lopes, 17, of 218 Magill Dr., Grafton, with being the keeper of a disorderly house.

Saturday, March 23

9:25 p.m.: Police responded to a reported family disturbance on Bailin Circle. They will be seeking a summons to charge Brittany Perry, 19, of 4 Bailin Cir., Grafton, with wanton destruction of property under $250.

11:30 p.m.: An assault was investigated on Brigham Hill Road.
