Grafton Man Charged With Domestic Assault, Destruction of Property
The following information was provided by the Grafton Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, May 26
1:41 a.m.: An officer investigated a suspicious vehicle on Upton Street.
5:46 a.m.: Officers assisted the Grafton Fire Department with a fire on Pine Street.

1:02 p.m.: An officer investigated a larceny on Hovey Pond Drive.
6:55 p.m.: An officer investigated a car crash on Pleasant Street and Peters Way. Personal injuries were reported.

8:00 p.m.: An office issued several traffic citations after stops on Deernolm Street.
10:52 p.m.: Officers arrested Richard F. Stearns, 22, of 112 North St. on three counts of wanton destruction of property, two counts of domestic assault and battery, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, leaving the scene of property damage and witness intimidation.
Monday, May 27
12:28 p.m.: Officers investigated a car crash on Worcester Street. No injuries were reported.
2:18 p.m.: An officer assisted after a report of larceny on Providence Road.
7:51 p.m.: An officer responded to a family disturbance on Maple Avenue.
8:15 p.m.: An officer received a report of a suspicious person on Brigham Hill Road at Potter Hill Road. The fire department also responded to treat the person for injuries but they refused treatment.
9:20 p.m.: Officers investigated a larceny on Providence Road.
Tuesday, May 28
12:25 p.m.: A theft was reported on Providence Road.
3:21 p.m.: An officer investigated motor vehicle violations on Fitzpatrick Road.
4:01 p.m.: Property damage was reported after a crash on Worcester Street. The ambulance also responded.
Wednesday, May 29
1:08 a.m.: A break-in in progress was reported on Pullard Road. The report was unfounded.
7:41 a.m.: An officer assisted after a burglar alarm at a business on Upton Street.
Thursday, May 30
5:53 a.m.: An officer conducted radar enforcement on Waterville Street.
9:19 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported on Hudson Avenue.
11:18 p.m.: A break-in to a motor vehicle was reported on Demers Street.
Friday. May 31
5:39 p.m.: An officer conducted radar enforcement on Old Westborough Road.
6:14 p.m.: An officer investigated a report of identity theft.
Saturday, June 1
8:56 a.m.: An officer investigated a family disturbance on Sampson Street.
