Grafton One Of The Best Places To Buy A Home In MA: Study

GRAFTON, MA – There's no better time than now to buy a home in Grafton, according to a study from website LendEDU. The site named South and North Grafton 48th and 49th, respectively, on its list of "Best 100 Places to Buy a Home in Massachusetts."

LendEDU based its list off of three parameters – home income to home value ratio, five-year population forecast and five-year income forecast. The measurements were selected because they can influence a homebuyer's investment. If a community is anticipating growth in both population and income, then the return on a buyer's investment will increase over time.

Home income to home value and five-year population forecast were measured on a 40-point scale; five-year income forecast was listed out of 20.

Value: 19.92

Population: 36.56

Income: 12.14

Total: 68.62

And here's how the site rated North Grafton:

Value: 22.00

Population: 32.92

Income: 12.94

Total: 67.86
