Grafton Upton Railroad Lawsuit Going to Transportation Board
The decision was requested by both parties involved in the case.

Legal representatives for the Town of Grafton and the Grafton-Upton Railroad will be headed to the Surface Transportation Board a ruling on the town's injunction.
A judge from the Worcester Superior Court has ruled that the railroad will not be able to use their propane storage facility in the mean time, according to the Grafton News.
Last month a federal judge ruled that the decision needed to be made at the state level.
