According to the telegram.com, the following people appeared in Worcester Central District Court or Westboro District Court:

Worcester Central District Court; Judge Andrew M. D’Angelo:

Nicholas T. Mannella, 28, of 52 Hancock St., Shrewsbury, charged with driving with a suspended license, fined $500 or ordered to complete community service; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle and tire tread depth violation, found not responsible; and driving with a suspended license, dismissed. 

Worcester Central District Court; Judge Michael G. Allard-Madaus:

Nathaniel T. Patterson, 20, of 5 Temple Court, Shrewsbury, charged with assault and battery, continued to Nov. 5. 

Westboro District Court; Judge Robert B. Calagione:

Tara McLeod, 19, of 5 Howe Lane, Northboro, charged with driving while under the influence of liquor, sufficient facts found but continued without a finding for one year, $250 OUI fee, $250 head injury assessment, $50 victim-witness assessment, $50 OUI victims’ assessment, 210 days loss of drivers license and ordered to complete 90-24D program; marked lanes violation, responsible, filed; and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed. 

Jason T. Myron, 22, of 5 Meadowsweet Rd., Shrewsbury, charged with breaking and entering a building in the daytime for a felony, $500 cash bail, continued to Oct. 17. 

Timothy C. Barry, 35, of 13 Melvin Ave., Shrewsbury, charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed; motor vehicle lights violation, responsible, filed; and possession of a Class B drug, dismissed.
