In Court: Man Charged with Mistreating K9

Thomas F. Hussey, 48, of 6 Second St., Grafton, formerly of 58 Londonderry Rd., Grafton, charged with driving with suspended license, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on police officer, mistreat/interfere with police horse/dog; resisting arrest, continued to Oct. 17, $2,500 cash bail or $25,000 with surety; threat to commit a crime, $100 cash bail or $1,000 with surety, must stay away from alleged victim, continued to Oct. 17.
