Joseph 'Jo Jo Bean' Martin Passes Away Unexpectedly at 23

Joseph Phillip “Jo Jo Bean” Martin, 23, passed away unexpectedly May 24, 2015 in Worcester. Joe leaves his parents Carole Castonguay and James Martin, his brother James Martin and Ashley Noronha and nieces Mackenzie and Makayla Martin, his maternal grandmother Patricia Castonguay and paternal grandparents Joseph and Sandra Martin along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather Phillip Castonguay. Joe was born in Worcester March 29, 1992 and grew up in Grafton.

Most recently he worked as an HVAC installer for Grafton Sheet Metal. Away from work you could always find Joe at the gym working out with his brother James. Joe was a caring son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle and friend. He always had a big smile, was polite to his elders and family and had a laugh that could fill a room.

He leaves lots of love and many broken hearts behind. Joe also spent time helping others who needed help themselves that were struggling with alcohol or drug addiction.

Joe was a graduate of Opening Heavens Door Ministries; in his memory please make a memorial donation to this organization that helps addicts and alcoholics find freedom through Jesus Christ which may be mailed to Opening Heavens Door Ministries PO Box 348, Worcester, MA 01614. All are invited to gather with Joe’s family and friends Thursday May 28th from 4pm to 7pm at Roney Funeral Home 152 Worcester St. N. Grafton, MA 01536. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday May 29th at 10:30am at St. James Church 89 Main St. S. Grafton, MA 01560. All those attending the Funeral Mass are politely requested to go directly to the church. He will then be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Grafton.
