A 1,912 square foot colonial at 5 Pine Hill Rd. is the latest to sell in Grafton, according to NEMoves.com.

The three-bedroom contemporary split level features granite countertops, a granite island and a slider to a deck that overlooks a wooded backyard. 

It sold for $272,000 on March 15 after 197 days on the market.

The listing agent was Adam Boyce of RE/MAX Prestige.
