Local Toddler Brings Home Crown

Penelope Springer is crowned Wee Toddler Miss Virginia East Coast USA

Grafton toddler, Penelope Springer, attended a pageant during school break in Virginia and won her divisions queen title amongst other awards.

Penelope now advances to compete this summer for a national royalty title.
