Man Killed In Grafton Crash Identified

A 32-year-old is dead following Tuesday's crash in Grafton.

GRAFTON, MA — A 32-year-old Plymouth man was identified as the victim of a Tuesday afternoon crash on the Mass. Pike, State Police said Wednesday. Joshua Glynn was pronounced dead at the scene when his 2015 Ford Fusion drove into the back of a tractor-trailer in Grafton, police said.

At approximately 2:22 p.m. on Wednesday, troopers from Mass. State Police responded to reports of a crash on I-90 westbound near Exit 11 in Grafton. Investigators found that a 2015 Ford Fusion was traveling on Route 90 Westbound when for unknown reasons it went into the breakdown lane where it struck the rear of a disabled tractor trailer that was parked in the breakdown lane.

Glynn was determined to be deceased at the scene due to injuries sustained in the crash. The operator of the tractor trailer, a 45-year-old man from Miami, FL, suffered no injury.

The right travel lane and the breakdown lane of the Mass. Pike westbound were shut down for hours while the crash was investigated.
