Sessions with Santa on the Menu
The annual Breakfast with Santa serves up breakfast and seasonal cheer.
The pancakes, fruit salad and juice offered for breakfast were tasty, but nothing was as sweet as dessert: A chance to visit with Santa.
About 800 people were served the morning of Dec. 4 at the annual Breakfast with Santa at . Organizers said the event had been held for about 20 years.
The popular annual event is hosted by the school's parent-teacher group and raises money for enrichment programs at the school.

The event also includes a craft fair and children's activities.
After families ate breakfast together, the children lined up to visit with Santa.

"It's a nice get-together,'' said Jasmine Ouweijan, who attends every year with her children Georges, 8, and Jasmine, 6. "It's a nice way of supporting the school.''
Kara Sather attended the breakfast with her daughter, Kennedy, who turns 7 on Dec. 7.
Kennedy has yet to finalize her wish list, her mother said, but she was still eager to visit with the big guy in red. "She has to go see Santa and the crafts.''
Sather said she appreciated the chance to raise money for school programs. "It's a great fund-raiser, and it's fun for the kids,'' she said.Â
