Shearing Day at Angel Hair Alpaca Farm

It's the annual harvest.

Join Angel Hair Alpaca Farm for the annual shearing day on Saturday, June 6, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 66 Wesson Road in Grafton.

Say organizers: “Join us for our annual harvest. The alpacas have been working really hard to grow a really fine crop for us, except for Missy - she has pretty much rolled in everything and destroyed her fleece! This is a big day for us, and very interesting for visitors if you have never experienced alpacas being shorn. This is a great opportunity to see this aspect of alpaca farming and is very educational for adults and kids alike.”

Please no pets. Parking is around the corner at the Willard House and Clock Museum which is also open for tours at a small charge - or perhaps plan a picnic on their lawn!

Volunteers are always welcome and well used!
