Sidewalks, Walkways to be Replaced at Grafton Fire Headquarters

The Town of Grafton is seeking a contractor to do work around the entrances at the Fire Department headquarters on Upton Street.

According to an invitation for bids sent out by the town the contractor will be working on walking paths around the building and near the entrances.

"The Town of Grafton seeks a qualified contractor for the replacement of walkways/sidewalks at pedestrian entrances at the existing fire station located at 26 Upton Street; including replacement of fill beneath the replaced concrete areas indicated on the construction plans," the statement says.

A walkthrough of the site will take place on Aug. 6 at 1 p.m.
