Teen Charged With Assault, Victim Hospitalized

Sunday, June 2

1:14 p.m.: Officers assisted the Grafton Fire Department with a fire alarm on Countryside Road.

5:42 p.m.: An officer removed youths that had gathered on Waterville Street.

Monday, June 3

2:34 p.m.: A caller from Barbara Jean Street reported an animal complaint.

5:15 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of an assault on Providence Road. A 16-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery while the other person involved was taken to the hospital.

Tuesday, June 4

8:08 a.m.: Officers responded to a disturbance on Flint Pond Drive.

10:31 p.m.: A caller from a business on Providence Road reported a theft.

3:36 p.m.: While conducting RADAR on Main Street an officer arrested Daniel Louis Desimone, 22, of 5 Harding St., Apt. 2 and charged him with unlicensed operation.

Wednesday, June 5

7:55 a.m.: An officer took a report of vandalism on North Street.

2:11 p.m.: An officer investigated a suspicious person on Providence Road.

5:13 p.m.: An officer assisted after a car crash caused property damage on Merriam Road.

Thursday, June 6

7:08 p.m.: Officers assisted after a burglar alarm was activated on Seaver Farm Lane.

9:19 p.m.: A disorderly person was hospitalized after officers responded to Institute Road.

9:30 p.m.: Officers arrested Anne Pratt, 46, of 5 Tracy Ann Dr. on charges of violating a harassment protection order.

Friday, June 7

2:24 a.m.: A resident of Christopher Drive requested extra police checks of the area.

4:15 p.m.: An officer investigated a hit and run on Magill Drive.

Saturday, June 8

4:17 a.m.: Officers arrested Steven J. Magliaro, 46, of 135 Worcester St., Apt. 3 and charged him with domestic assault and battery.

5:48 p.m.: Officers assisted with a brush fire on Clark Road.

7:10 p.m.: An officer assisted with a crash on the Mass Pike. An ambulance and engine from the fire department also responded.
