Status of Grafton Runners
We've compiled information about Grafton runners who ran the Boston Marathon.
The bombing near the end of the Boston Marathon prevented thousands of runners from finishing yesterday.
were registered to run; it was unclear, however, how many started the race, as results were only available for those who finished. Officials stopped the race before 3 p.m., after the explosions hit.
Of the 10 runners, three are listed on the Boston Marathon website as having completed the race.

Michael Park, 25, of Grafton: 6:56 pace, 3:01:27 finish

Elyshia J. Hankin, 34, of North Grafton: 7:19 pace, 3:11:36 finish
Justin A. Compton, 36, of North Grafton: 8:57 pace, 3:54:29 finish
In addition, readers told us that Marc Theroux, 48, and Lori L. Belfiore, 43, were stopped about a mile from the finish line. Jennifer Heikkinen also reported she was stopped about a mile before the end.
