Another Successful Day at Appleton Farms for H-W Students

To Whom It May Concern:

On behalf of my Grade 11 Wellness classes I want to thank Appleton Farms for another educational day at the farm. On our recent field trip to Appleton Farms some of the topics we discussed were the history of the farm, the importance of composting, the processes to make cheese and the farms role as a local CSA. We also want to thank the farm for providing us with a “surprise” bag of food.

We are fortunate to have such a great resource as Appleton Farms only a walk away from the high school.

Thank you again for the educational opportunity we received while navigating beyond the walls of the school.
