Boston Mayor Makes Cancer Patient's Dreams Come True
Mayor Martin Walsh named Dec. 11 Justin Quinn Day in honor of the Gloucester man who visited him Thursday.

Seventy police cars, sirens wailing and lights blazing, drove in a line to the mayor’s office in Boston on Dec. 11.
They weren’t there for a big arrest or for a discussion with Boston lawmakers. They were there to make a young man from Gloucester’s dreams come true.
Justin Quinn has been battling cancer for several years. His two greatest wishes were to meet the mayor of Boston and to become a police officer. On Thursday, after a visit to Boston, his wishes came true, according to a report from CBS Boston.
