Boys', Girls' Basketball Teams Improve with Wins Over Manchester-Essex

HAMILTON-WENHAM, MA - The Hamilton-Wenham basketball teams both improved their records Tuesday night with wins over Manchester-Essex.

The girls team improved to 3-2 with its home win over Manchester-Essex, while the boys team traveled to Manchester-Essex and secured the victory to improve to 5-2 on the season.

The girls forced 28 turnovers on the way to the 60-42 victory. The boys came out on top 60-31.

The boys are next in action Friday in a home conference game vs. Masconomet Regional. Tip-off is set for 6:30 p.m. The girls’ team will travel to Masconomet Regional on Friday, Jan. 8, for an away conference game. Tip-off for the girls’ game is also scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
