Celebrates 15th anniversary of health and wellness services on Boston's North Shore.
The Center for Balance, Mobility and Wellness at Gordon College celebrated 15 years of PT and community wellness during an anniversary event on Sunday, April 28. Serving thousands of North Shore community members over the last 15 years, patients, families and community members received free health screenings with therapy recommendations, demonstrations and tours. Representative Brad Hill delivered a citation to Sean Clark, Center and Research Director and Professor of Kinesiology, from the House of Representatives, and Mary Ann Nay, a representative from Senator Bruce Tarr's office, delivered a citation on behalf of the Senate. Executive Director of the Northshore Elder Services Paul Lanzikos delivered citations on behalf of the Office of Elder Affairs and the Department of Public Health. Attendees at the reception also enjoyed a concert by the Northshoremen Chorus, door prizes and free workshop seminars.
