To obtain the Accredited Commercial Agent designation, Burnham successfully completed more than 50 hours of extensive training, and must attend monthly advanced training and seminars. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates who complete this educational program have been extensively trained in commercial sales, leases, exchanges, buyer and tenant representation, negotiations and financial analysis investments.
