COVID-19 Cases Emerge In Hamilton-Wenham High, Cohort A Remote
The district said 11 high school students tested positive and seven close contacts were informed and quarantining.
HAMILTON-WENHAM, MA — One cohort in Hamilton-Wenham High School will be working remote this week after 11 students tested positive for COVID-19.
Cohort A students in the high school are home this week. Not only are the 11 students who tested positive in quarantine, but seven others were identified as close contacts as well as two members of athletic teams who are also quarantining, according to the district.
The district said testing results from some centers are delayed. The district is floating the possibility that Cohort B could be remote this week as well, pending the delayed tests. Parents and students can expect a notification from the district.
