Friends of Buker Elementary School announces 2018-2019 leadership

The Friends of Buker Elementary in Wenham have appointed a new board of directors for the 2018-2019 school year

The Friends of Buker, the parent-teacher organization of Buker Elementary School in Wenham, is pleased to announce its board of directors for the 2018-2019 school year.

The slate of officers is as follows:
Natalie Blue, Co-President
Kristin Sleeper, Co-President
Jess Roy, Vice President
Stephanie Mark, Treasurer
Alison Hawkins, Secretary
Frances Wetterlow-Thibeault, Communications Secretary

According to Co-President Natalie Blue, “The Friends of Buker is thrilled to welcome these parents and community leaders to our board of directors, all of whom bring with them fresh ideas and a strong affinity for our school.”

Seconds Kristin Sleeper, Co-President, “We are confident their service will bring tremendous value to the Friends of Buker board of directors and to the school as a whole.”


The mission of the Friends of Buker is to support and enhance the educational experience of the students of Buker Elementary School. All activities of the organization are intended to encourage and facilitate school spirit and meaningful communication between home and school. In addition, the Friends of Buker provides financial assistance to the school on an as-needed basis.
