Generals Boys' Basketball Notches Win Over Rockport
Hamilton-Wenham's defense held Rockport to just 34 points Monday night.
The Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School boys’ basketball team shut down the Rockport Monday night to earn its second win of the young season.
Hamilton-Wenham improved to 2-1 on the season with the 59-34 win over Rockport.
According to an update from Nicholas Botto, junior Ben Danforth had a breakout game on his way to 12 points; Senior C.J. Cooper also scored 12 points for the Generals. Junior captain Nick DiMarino continued to play well, scoring a game high 16 points.

The Generals 3-2 zone has held opponents to an average of about 40 all season and has generated numerous turnovers and transition baskets.
Next up for the Generals is Georgetown on Dec. 23.
