Hamilton Artistic Director To Direct 'I Am Antigone' In NYC
Myriam Cyr – The Black Box Lab's artistic director – will direct "I Am Antigone," opening in September.
HAMILTON, MA – The Black Box Lab's own Myriam Cyr will direct "I Am Antigone" at the Theater for the New City's Dream Up Festival, according to Broadway World. Cyr is the artistic director at the Black Box Lab in Hamilton.
Broadway World reports that they play is a contemporary adaptation that follows a woman's stand against abuse of political power. The piece will run from Sept. 8 to Sept. 16 at the theater in New York City.
