Hamilton Vs. Wenham: Real Estate Battle!

Hamilton and Wenham share a school district, a Patch, and more. That doesn't mean we can't have some friendly competition.

So we took to realtor.com to see what the most expensive home for sale is in each town. It's really a contest: This Wenham home at 59 Walnut Road goes for $5.8 million, while this Hamilton home at 1028 Bay Road goes for just shy of $3 million.

That isn't to say Wenham's best is any better - especially if you like history. The Hamilton home was built in 1725, according to realtor.com, making it one of the oldest homes on the market in the area.
