Hamilton, MA - The Powerball jackpot hit $348 million this week — making Wednesday's drawing the highest since January's world-record $1.6 billion payout.
The cash option payout for Wednesday’s drawing is estimated at $226.1 million.
Tickets for Wednesday’s drawing can be purchased until 9:45 p.m. Wednesday at any Massachusetts Lottery retailer. Powerball tickets are $2 each.

Drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern. The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. Wednesday. If there isn’t a winner, the next drawing (with a higher jackpot) will be Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
