GLOUCESTER, MA — Police have "suspended the large scale physical search" for a Gloucester woman who went missing Sunday.

Abbie Flynn, 59, hasn't been seen since a couple hours before she was supposed to host a Super Bowl party. She told her son she was going for a walk around Farrington Avenue around 4 p.m. She was last seen in a red jacket.

"Officers remain vigilant around trails, coastline and harbor," Gloucester Police Chief Ed Conley said Tuesday night. "The investigation continues. There is no indication of a crime or that the public is any in danger."
